- 		The 0.8-acre Rose Point is a scenic overlook in Rocky River along the northern portion of Kensington Oval just west of Frazier Drive. Along the coast, the Rose Point is just 530 feet east of Rocky River Park; by road Rose Point is approximately 1,200 feet east.

The top of the vegetated bluff is marked by a wooden split-rail fence which runs the point’s 325-foot length. The width of this scenic overlook ranges from just 6 feet in the center to 70 feet and 60 feet on the respective west and east ends. This mowed-grass green space has park benches overlooking Lake Erie. A few small deciduous trees are planted near the benches.

The steep bluff is covered with vegetative grasses and a few small shrubs. Attempting to traverse the bluff would be difficult. The base of the bluff is marked by a concrete block revetment erosion control structure. Generally, a beach is not present.		 Location Map:
