Lake Point Park’s 8.7 acres are on both the west and east sides of Bayshore Road (State Route 163). The Lake Erie shore is accessible on the park’s eastern portion for fishing and scenic views of the lake. Park benches overlooking the lake provide views of Cedar Point Amusement Park’s skyline. Lake Point Park’s western portion includes all other amenities, including picnic tables, a shelter house, grills, restrooms, a quarry pond, scenic woods, a playground, a covered footbridge and dirt trails.
