Jefferson County Fire Department Provided Use of Fire Protection Equipment Through ODNR 05/07/09 The Tiltonsville Volunteer Fire Department of Jefferson County will receive a four-wheel drive, 1985 Chevrolet Blazer through the ODNR Division of Forestry. Athens County Fire Department Provided Use of Fire Protection Equipment through ODNR 05/07/09 The Albany Area Volunteer Fire Department of Athens County will receive a 1986 Chevrolet four-wheel drive pickup truck through the ODNR Division of Forestry. Carroll County Fire Department Provided Use of Fire Protection Equipment through ODNR 05/07/09 The Sherrodsville Volunteer Fire Department of Carroll County will receive a 1987 Ford F-350 squad and two 10,000-watt generators through the ODNR Division of Forestry. The program is a joint effort of the ODNR Division of Forestry, OSU Extension, Rural Action, the Ohio Federation of Soil & Water Conservation Districts, ODNR Division of Soil & Water Conservation, the Society of American Foresters, The Nature Conservancy, the Better Business Bureau, the American Tree Farm System, the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the USDA Forest Service Northeastern Area, and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
