SIX CHARGED IN DEER CASE

FINDLAY, OH – Four Paulding County and Two Putnam County residents have been charged with 73 counts relating to deer hunting and deer processing. 
 
Landall L. Hinchcliff, 46, Christina R. Hinchcliff, 38, John R. Hinchcliff, 81, Greg R. Shelton, 41, all of Grover Hill in Paulding County along with Karl R. Miller, 48, and Mary J. Miller, 45, both of Continental, have been charged.

Sixty-eight of the charges were filed in Paulding County Court, four charges in Putnam County Court and one charge filed in Van Wert Municipal Court.  All subjects entered a not guilty plea.

Many investigations and surveillance operations are the result of concerned citizen reports and calls to the Turn-in-a-Poacher hotline.   Callers can leave information on the TIP line 24 hours a day and may be left anonymously.
