Wayne County Check Station No Longer Checking Deer/Turkey
The Funk Country stored is now closed

WOOSTER, OH – The Funk Country Store, located at 10785 Blachleyville Road in Wooster, is no longer serving hunters as a check station for deer and turkey seasons. Hunters may choose from two other check stations in Wayne County or over two dozen checks stations located in adjacent counties, all of which are listed in the 2009-2010 Hunting and Trapping Digest.
