Check Station Changes in Southwest Ohio

Hillsboro, OH – Two check station changes will affect hunters in Highland and adjacent counties according to ODNR Division of Wildlife District Five. 

Kat’s Market of Greenfield and Ameri Stop (Seegers Meats) in New Market have decided to discontinue checking deer and turkey.
  
Hunters in the Highland County area can still check deer and turkey at Holtfield Station, 620 S. High Street, Hillsboro; Bolte's Grocery, 1901 SR 73, Belfast; Old Trading Post, 1999 State Rt 73, Hillsboro; and  the Rocky Fork Truck Stop , 12410 US 50 , Hillsboro. Hirns Corner, SR 50 & SR 41 S, Bainbridge would also be convenient for hunters that have traditionally checked their game in Greenfield.
