YOUTH PHEASANT HUNTING OPPORTUNITY

Holly Hills Preserve to hold annual youth hunt 

          
Greenfield, OH – Holly Hills Preserve of South Salem, Ohio in conjunction with the Clinton/Highland County Chapter of Pheasants Forever is once again holding a youth pheasant hunt complete with guides and hunting dogs on Saturday October 9, 2010. The hunt will take place at Holly Hills Preserve, 539 Mt. Olive Rd., South Salem, Ohio 45681. 

Youth ages 10-17 may participate.  A breakfast or lunch will also be served depending on youth’s scheduled hunting time. Youth are asked to arrive a half an hour prior to hunt time.  

Youth hunters must pre-register by calling Dean or Marsha Hatfield, (937) 981-2835.  You may also register by mail.  Please include the following information:  Name, address and phone number.  Mail registration form to Marsha Hatfield, 539 Mt. Olive Rd., South Salem, Oh  45681. 

Youth hunters must have successfully completed the ODNR Division of Wildlife’s Hunter Safety course prior to the hunt and have a valid hunting license.  All youth must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult. Participants are required to wear hunter orange.
