Wax worms
Garden worms
Small nightcrawlers

Spinners (no more than ¼ ounce)
Spoons (no more than ¼ ounce)

Fishing tip:
When fishing with maggots, place three to five on a small jig and suspend it under a Styrofoam bobber with a lead pin. Cast out as far as possible from shore. Count to five and then reel three to five times on reel handle and let the jig settle. Often times the trout will strike the jig with maggots when it sinks in the water column.
