Advertising Opportunities in Ohio Hunting and Trapping Regulations
COLUMBUS, OH – Advertising space is available in the 2013-2014 Ohio hunting and trapping regulations, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
The ODNR Division of Wildlife oversees the management and regulation of Ohio’s fish and wildlife. More than 850,000 copies of the regulations are provided to hunters and trappers each year. The publication is the official source of Ohio’s hunting and trapping dates, laws, regulations and information.
The regulations include important information for Ohio’s hunters and trappers concerning wildlife rules. The regulations will increase by 16 pages this year to accommodate space for advertisements, sponsors and promotional information. The new 64-page publication includes full color advertisements ranging from one-third of a page to a full page, plus an Outdoor Marketplace section.
Advertising space will be awarded through a bid process and based on the highest bid from the responsible bidder that meets specific terms, conditions and limitations. The deadline to submit sealed bids is Thursday, March 21. Successful entries must meet or exceed the posted minimum bid price.
Call 800-WILDLIFE (945-3543) or go to wildohio.com for more information on the bid process, including forms, conditions and limitations.
ODNR ensures a balance between wise use and protection of our natural resources for the benefit of all. Visit the ODNR website at ohiodnr.com.
