DISABLED HUNTERS HAVE DUCK BLIND AT BUCK CREEK
Applicants Must Enter Duck Blind Lottery on Saturday

SPPRINGFIELD, OH - Disabled duck hunters will have a duck blind designated for their use at Buck Creek State Park thanks to the efforts of community volunteers and the park.

Applicants for the blind must enter Saturday's duck blind lottery to be held at the park from 8:30 to 9 a.m.  The location is 1901 Buck Creek Lane.

The "new" disabled duck blind will actually be a reopening of the former duck blind 14 located off of Buck Creek Lane off of State Route 4.  If no applications for use of the blind are received from disabled hunters, the blind will be opened to the general public.

The park was recently approached by a group of community volunteers and hunting enthusiasts who requested that a duck blind be set aside for the exclusive use of disabled duck hunters.
