Outdoor Winter Activities

Situated in the heart of Ohio’s snow belt, Punderson State Park provides one of the state’s premier sites for outdoor winter recreation, from a 125-yard lighted sled hill and Sport Chalet to six miles of snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. Frozen ground and deep snow are all the ingredients snowmobilers need for a day of outdoor fun on more than four miles of trails. When the conditions are right, ice skating can be enjoyed on the 100-acre Punderson Lake and two smaller lakes.
