A comprehensive watershed action plan will be developed for approval and endorsement by Ohio EPA, Ohio DNR and OSU Extension for the communities and residents in the Portage River Watershed.  This plan will achieve a focus for future water quality projects and decisions in agreement with agricultural practices, drinking water supplies, habitat restoration, floodplain protection and economic development and will be developed with stakeholder involvement.
