Night Owls – Meet at the north side of the Edgewater Beach restrooms and meet a few of the resident owls from Cleveland Metroparks North Chagrin Nature Center. Owl trivia and tidbits will be shared as well as an owl pellet dissection activity.

Hooves and Hairs – Meet at the Nature Center to learn about one of Ohio’s most common mammals, the white tailed deer. Stick around for a trip to the deer pen to see some up close. (Apples and carrots are welcome!)

Tigers of the Sky – Join a Naturalist at the Nature Center to meet our birds of prey. Learn about their natural history, role in the food chain, and more.

Insects in the Garden – Meet at the Carriage House Nature Center then explore the mysterious world of insects as we search the gardens and other areas in the park for these and other creepy-crawly creatures. For ages 7 to 12. Adults are welcome to join in the programs.

Aquatic Animals for Little Tikes – Meet at the Nature Center then explore the underwater world of aquatic animals. Learn how the many different creatures live in swim, eat and breathe in the water. Have fun making sea creature crafts. For ages 4 to 6.

“Fun”damentals in Canoeing. Choose from one of three 1 hour sessions. First come first serve basis. Sign up and pay a $5 fee at the camp store. Meet at the Turkey Creek footbridge during your designated time slot.

Survivor Scavenger Hunt – Meet at the Camp Store and be prepared to get dirty!
