1971 Comments:
The trees are uniform, broad spreading in habit, and appear to be an excellent choice for this street.

1997 Comments:
Several of the plants remaining are good quality. There is some sidewalk damage. The overall effect is not particularly pleasing. Replacements were made using a different genera.
Eighty one percent of the overall planting survived (30 of 37 trees).
1997 data on the table are based on four trees.
