Earthquake epicenters in Ohio and border areas and locations of OhioSeis seismograph stations. Locations and intensities of historic earthquakes are represented by symbols corresponding to maximum epicentral Modified Mercalli intensities. Solid symbols indicate the event was located by instruments. Noninstrumental locations may be in error by a considerable distance, especially for early events.
