Waterways Safety Council To Meet In Delaware County
COLUMBUS – The public is invited to attend the next Ohio Waterways Safety Council quarterly meeting on Wednesday, May 5 at 10 a.m. according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
The five-member citizen advisory council, appointed by the Governor, provides input on boating issues to the Division of Watercraft. Council members will be briefed by the Division of Watercraft on the status of ongoing projects and issues impacting recreational boating in Ohio.
The council meeting will be held at the ODNR Division of Watercraft area office, located at 3305 South Old State Road, which is adjacent to Alum Creek State Park in Delaware County.
