Community Input Sought on Design of New State Park Lodge
COLUMBUS, OH – The public is invited to take a first look at the proposed design of a new Lake Hope Lodge at an upcoming meeting on Monday, August 30, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
The meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Vinton County Community Building located at 31935 State Route 93 North in McArthur.
Officials from ODNR and RVC Architects Inc. of Athens will present schematic drawings showing the proposed design of the new lodge building. Public input will be welcome on the designs.
The original Lake Hope lodge burned on February 10, 2006, and was a total loss.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources ensures a balance between wise use and protection of our natural resources for the benefit of all. Visit the ODNR Web site at www.ohiodnr.com.
