Waterways Safety Council To Meet In Columbus on September 30
COLUMBUS, OH – The Ohio Waterways Safety Council will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, September 30 at 10 a.m. according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Watercraft.
The five-member citizen advisory council, appointed by the governor, provides input on boating issues to the Division of Watercraft. Council members will be briefed on the status of ongoing projects and issues impacting recreational boating in Ohio.
The meeting will be held at the division’s administrative headquarters located at 2045 Morse Road, Building A in north Columbus. The meeting is open to the public. Persons interested in attending the council meeting should contact the Division of Watercraft at 614-265-6476.
