Gift cards can be used for golf, boat and getaway rentals, campground or cottage stays
COLUMBUS, OH - Gifts of outdoor fun are always welcome and Ohio State Parks is making it easy for shoppers this holiday season with gift cards that are good for a variety of recreational activities, including golf, boat rentals and overnight stays.
State park gift cards are available in any denomination at individual park offices or by calling 614-265-6513 weekdays during regular business hours. Gift cards can be used toward a getaway rental or overnight stay in any state park campground; a boat rental at some park marinas; a round of golf at Hueston Woods or Salt Fork state park courses; or a cottage stay at Mohican, Buck Creek, Cowan Lake, Dillon, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, Pike Lake or Pymatuning state park.
“All of our state park cottages are offering generous winter specials,” said Ohio State Parks Chief Dan West. “So, a gift card goes even further right now.”
Giving a weekend or week-long escape to an Ohio State Park resort lodge is as close as a toll-free call to 1-800-AT-A-PARK. Resort gift certificates are available in $25 increments and are good at seven of Ohio’s premium park lodges, including lodges at Mohican, Burr Oak, Salt Fork, Maumee, Shawnee, Hueston Woods and Punderson state parks. Gift certificates to the lodge at Deer Creek State Park are available by calling 740-869-2020. Gift certificates for the Lodge At Geneva State Park are available at 1-800-801-9982.
