Sean D. Logan, director of ODNR, today named Rich Milleson of Piedmont in Harrison County as the agency’s assistant director and Michael D. Taylor of Lancaster as chief of the ODNR Office of Law Enforcement.

J. Anthony Logan Named Chief General Counsel |

Director Sean D. Logan today announced the hiring of J. Anthony Logan to serve in the role of Chief General Counsel to the Department. The role of the General Counsel is to serve as the legal advisor to the Director and to provide legal support and guidance to the various divisions and offices within the Department.
