COLUMBUS, OH - Twelve miles of multiple use trails have been temporarily closed to mountain bikers at West Branch State Park in Portage County because of muddy conditions, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR). The trails are expected to reopen May 15.
The entire trail system will remain open to foot traffic.
West Branch State Park includes more 8,000 acres of land and water. It features a campground, a 700-foot sandy beach, and hunting, fishing and boating opportunities, among other amenities.
