WATERWAYS SAFETY COUNCIL TO MEET JANUARY 31 IN DELAWARE

COLUMBUS, OH -- The Ohio Waterways Safety Council will hold its quarterly meeting January 31 at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Watercraft Alum Creek field office, 3305 South Old State Road in Delaware. The five-member citizen advisory council, appointed by the Governor, provides input to the Division of Watercraft on boating-related issues.

The meeting, open to the public, will be held from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During the meeting, the council will be briefed by state watercraft officials on the status of ongoing programs and issues impacting Ohio boating.
