COLUMBUS, OH -Paul Baldridge, a Lewis Center resident, has been appointed to head the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Real Estate & Land Management.
Baldridge is a 24-year ODNR veteran, serving as an administrator in several ODNR offices, most recently as deputy chief for the ODNR Division of Recycling & Litter Prevention.
The Division of Real Estate & Land Management provides department-wide planning, environmental review coordination, real estate functions, facilities management of the Fountain Square campus and the administration of the federal Land & Water Conservation Fund program, the federal Recreational Trails program, and the state NatureWorks program.
The division is also responsible for capital improvements planning, comprehensive planning, canal lands management, and organization and management of the Ohio Coastal Management Program.
Baldridge holds both a bachelors degree in natural resource development and a masters degree in public administration from The Ohio State University
Baldridge and his wife Sandra have two children, Eric and Philip.
