Recognizing the critical importance of a sound education in the development of healthy and productive citizens, it is appropriate and necessary for state government to set an example through policy and practice. Early Educational success of a child, both in pre-school programs and school itself, can determine his/her additional educational opportunities and success as well as the future course of his/her career and life. Moreover, school/community partnerships are becoming increasingly important to meeting the needs of our schools.
