To facilitate the appointment of an Acting Chief to act in the capacity and exercise the authority of the Chief of an ODNR Division/Office during such Chiefs absence. |

This procedure shall apply to all Divisions/Offices within the Department anytime the Chiefs signature or authorization is required and such Chief is unavailable. In those instances, the above-referenced form must be completed and forwarded to the Office of Legal Services or documents may not be considered valid. This form should be placed on ODNR or Division/Office letterhead.
