A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at the project site for anyone interested in submitting a bid.
Directions to project site: Located along Mineral-Zoar Road, north of Mineral City. From SR 800N, turn left onto Sandyville Road and proceed northwest for 0.4 mi., turn left onto Mineral-Zoar Road and travel approx. 0.15 mi. passing between the abutments of an abandoned railroad bridge. The railroad is abandoned and the bridge was recently removed. The project site includes areas on both sides of Mineral-Zoar Road immediately west of the bridge.

Directions to project site: From Wellsville, at the intersection of SR7 and SR39, travel northwest on SR39 for approx. 1.2 mi., turn left onto Twp. Highway 1071 for 3.1 mi., turn right onto Pioneer Street in Irondale for 0.4 mi., continue onto Twp. Highway 776 (Steubenville Pike) for 0.8 mi. to the project site entrance on the right.
