REGIONAL TRAILS
Huron River Greenway - Northern Ohio
A linear park within the Erie (County) MetroParks featuring a multi-purpose trail along the Huron River and the Milan Canal.
A 70 mile trail that follows the corridor of the former Little Miami Railroad Company. The trail is divided into two sections: The Little Miami State Park (City of Milford to just north of Spring Valley) and the Greene County Parks section (Spring Valley to Springfield).
A 55 mile towpath trail along the historic Miami and Erie Canal. The trail, running from Delphos to Piqua, is part of the Buckeye and North Country Trail systems.
An east-west route through Ohio of over 190 miles, when completed, linking Pennsylvania to Michigan and Indiana. Completed sections include a 2.7 mile section at Elmore in Ottawa County, the Sandusky County section running from Fremont to Clyde and the Lorain County section, formely the Oberlin Bike Path, running from Kipton to Lorain.
A proposed trail from Cincinnati (Hamilton County) to New Richmond (Clermont County). This shared use trail will be for non-motorized transportation and recreation.
A proposed route in Warren, Clinton and Fayette Counties. The trail would extend westward to link-up with the Little Miami Scenic Trail in Morrow. Presently four sections ae complete: 4C Bicentennial Trail, Lowes Connector, Luter Warren Peace Path and Urban Connector.
A recreational trail connecting Washington Court House, Chillicothe, Frankfort and Greenfield, Ohio.
This regional rail trail is comprised of two rail lines that converge at Maumee. The north fork runs west from Maumee 46 miles to within 15 miles of the Indiana state line near Montpelier. The south fork runs southwest from Maumee 17 miles to Liberty Center.
