You will work both individually and with two other partners to investigate the uses of GPS and GIS. Specifically, you will be working to answer the overarching question, “How can geospatial technologies help us manage and preserve our natural resources?” Once you have learned about these technologies, you will assume the identity of a GIS professional and apply what you have learned to a situation in your local community.
