Ross 10/16 Stonelick Lake Clermont 10/21 Timbre Ridge Lawrence 10/28 Antrim Lake Franklin 10/29 Sycamore State Park Pond Montgomery 10/30 There is nothing like sitting out on the edge of a lake, on a beautiful summer day with the family, catching trout.  The Ohio Division of Wildlife will provide this opportunity by stocking approximately 25,000 rainbow trout into 25 small lakes this October.  The trout will average about 10 to 13 inches in length.  The lakes stocked are easily accessible near populated urban areas. These fish will provide a great fishing opportunity this fall and throughout winter.  Hatchery stocked trout generally bite readily on a variety of baits including red worms, marshmallows, corn, or small lures with spinners.  Get Directions to All Fall Trout Stocking Locations >>   "This annual stocking, provides excellent opportunities for anglers to continue fishing through the fall all across Ohio," said Elmer Heyob, hatcheries program administrator with the Division of Wildlife.   Anglers age 16 and older must have an Ohio fishing license. Fishing licenses can be purchased online at www.wildohio.com and at any of the many license vendors around the state. Ohio residents who were born on or before December 31, 1937 may obtain a free license from any license vendor.   The 2009 annual resident fishing license costs $19 and is valid through the last day of  February 2010. A one-day fishing license may be purchased for $11.
