How do I become a Workshop Leader?

Workshop facilitators are a dedicated and enthusiastic group of volunteers who conduct the local six hour Educator Workshops at which the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guides are distributed.

To become a Project WET Workshop Facilitator you must attend facilitator training, which is conducted by the state's WET Co-coordinators.

In facilitator training, participants receive information about the Project WET program, learn to conduct activity demonstrations, learn how to plan, organize, promote and run six hour Educator Workshops. Take home materials include several workshop planning guides, outlines and checklists.
