The "Hydrologic Atlas For Ohio" is designed to be a source of hydrologic data for environmental assessments and investigations. It has been developed as a reference for the basic parameters of the hydrologic cycle. The parameters include precipitation, temperature, streamflow, and water loss. The data presented in this report are based on 50 years of record for each parameter and includes average annual precipitation, temperature, streamflow and water loss for the period 1931-80. Information on average annual lake evaporation and snowfall in included as supplemental data. The publication includes four maps, one for each parameter, as well as an explanatory 13-page report.
The information contained in this atlas should be valuable for ground-water scientists, water-supply engineers, dam construction and design engineers, and other environmental consultants. planners and specialists.
