Village of Dresden Boat Ramp Now Open
Located in Dresden just off of State Route 208, the new ramp has two lanes for launching boats and is handicapped accessible. The ramp is also equipped with 30 car and trailer spaces and 12 car-only spaces. For boaters who enjoy the Muskingum River, this ramp is a convenient access point.
Cedar Point Boat Show Beckons Boaters
The North American In-Water Boat Show is coming up at Cedar Point's South Basin on September 12–16, 2007. Billed as the Great Lakes' region's biggest in-water boat show, the event will offer powerboat test drives and free sailboat rides at the Discover Sailing Center. On September 15 and 16, Allstate Insurance will give kids under 12 a free lifejacket while supplies last, as part of the Allstate Safety Weekend.
