Registering Your Boat

Boat registrations are good for three years and expire on March 1.

All boats need to be registered in Ohio, including canoes, kayaks and inflatables. [More...]

The cost of your registration depends on the length of your boat, how it is propelled, and which type of registration you are buying. [Registration Fees]

Online Boat Registration Renewal Remains Open Through September 30.

Renewal letters were mailed in January. If you were expecting a renewal notice and didn't receive one, contact us. Include your name, your boat's OH number, and a phone number or email address with your correspondence.
