Wildlife District Four (Southeast Ohio)
51.Woodbury Wildlife Area
Directions: This huge area lies approximately 5 miles west of Coshocton, both north and south of State Route 541.
52. Salt Fork Wildlife Area
Directions: From Cambridge, follow U.S. Route 22 approximately 7 miles east.
53. Egypt Valley Wildlife Area (pictured)
Directions: The area consists of two large parcels located north of the intersection of Interstate 70 and State Route 800. The east parcel lies between State Route 331 and Piedmont Lake. The west parcel lies between State Route 800 and Piedmont Lake.
54. Senecaville Fish Hatchery
Directions: From Interstate 77 south of Cambridge, follow State Route 313 approximately 5 miles east to State Route 574. turn south and go .33 mile to the hatchery entrance.
55. The Wilds
Directions: From Cumberland, follow State Route 340 approximately 3 miles south to International Road. Turn west on International Road and proceed 0.5 mile to The Wilds entrance.
56. Blue Rock State Forest
Directions: From Duncan Falls, follow State Route 60 approximately 0.5 mile south to Cutler lake Road (County Road 45), then turn east about 2 miles to the forest office.
57. Wayne National Forest
Directions: Wildcat Hollow Trailhead: (Athens District) From Corning, follow State Route 13 south 3.7 miles and then turn east onto Perry County Road 16 and follow signs to trailhead.
Symmes Creek Trailhead: (Ironton District) From the intersection of State Routes 141 and 233, travel east 0.5 mile on State Route 141 and then follow signs to the trailhead using county roads 12 and 15.
Lake Vesuvius: (Ironton District) From Ironton, follow State route 93 approximately 8 miles north to County Road 29 and then east one mile to the area entrance.
Leith Run Recreation Area: (Marietta Unit, Fee Area) From Marietta, follow State Route 7 north approximately 20 miles to the area entrance.
58. Waterloo Wildlife Area
Directions: From Athens, follow State Route 56 approximately 10 miles west to the intersection of State Route 356.
59. Hocking State Forest
Directions: Hocking State Forest Headquarters is located on State Route 374, approximately 4 miles north of South Bloomingville.
60. Tar Hollow State Forest
Directions: From Adelphi, follow State Route 327 approximately 10 miles south.
61. Scioto Trail State Forest
Directions: From Chillicothe, follow U.S. Route 23 approximately 9 miles south to State Route 372, then east to the forest office.
62. Cooper Hollow Wildlife Area
Directions: From Oak Hill, follow State Route 279 approximately 0.5 mile east to County Road 2 (CH & D Road), then turn north and go approximately 3.5 miles to the area entrance.
63. Shawnee State Forest
Directions: From Portsmouth, follow State Route 52 approximately 6 miles west to the Forest Headquarters.
64. Kincaid Fish Hatchery
Directions: From Waverly, follow U.S.Route 23 south to State Routes 124/32 west, then take State Route 124 12 miles west to the hatchery entrance (approximately 23 miles from Waverly).
