1531.02 (BBB) -“Accompany” means to go along with another person while staying within a distance from the person that enables uninterrupted, unaided visual and auditory communication.

No more than two hunters per accompanying adult.
It is a violation for the responsible adult to fail to accompany the licensed hunter.

Any type of apprentice hunting license authorizes the holder of such a license to hunt only while accompanied by another person who is twenty-one years of age or older and who possesses a valid hunting license. Any type of apprentice fur taker permit authorizes the holder of such a permit to hunt or trap fur-bearing animals only while accompanied by another person who is twenty-one years of age or older and who possesses a valid fur taker permit. No holder of a valid hunting license or fur taker permit shall accompany more than two holders of any type of apprentice hunting license or apprentice fur taker permit at one time.

No person under sixteen years of age shall engage in hunting unless accompanied by the person’s parent or another adult person.
1501:31-7-06
(I) It shall be lawful for persons fifteen years of age or younger to hunt, take, and possess ducks, mergansers, geese and coots on October 1 and 2, 2011. All persons fifteen years of age and younger must be accompanied by a non-hunting person eighteen years of age or older.

(ii) It shall be unlawful for any youth, regardless of age, who participates in the youth spring wild turkey season to hunt if they are not accompanied by a non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older.
(iii) It shall be unlawful for more than two youths to be accompanied by one non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older.
(iv) It shall be unlawful for any non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older who is accompanying any youth to hunt or possess any hunting implements.

(i) It shall be unlawful for any youth, regardless of age, who participates in the youth deer gun season to hunt if they are not accompanied by a non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older.
(ii) It shall be unlawful for more than two youths to be accompanied by one non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older.
(iii) It shall be unlawful for any non-hunting adult eighteen years of age or older who is accompanying any youth to hunt or possess any hunting implements.
(iv) It shall be unlawful for the responsible, non-hunting adult, eighteen years of age or older, to allow a youth to hunt unaccompanied during the youth gun season.
1501:31-15-14 (A)
These seasons are open only to youths seventeen years of age or younger possessing a valid hunting license. The youths must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult, eighteen years of age or older. Not more than two youths are permitted to accompany one adult.
It shall be unlawful for an adult who accompanies a youth to hunt or possess a device commonly used to take wild animals.
